"Pretty Satisfied with TIC"
I recently bought trip insurance for three cruises coming up. I'm really pleased with TIC and the coverage options. However, I think the agent I got assigned is a bit laid-back... feels like I have to keep checking in a lot. Maybe it's just because everything's a bit chaotic with this virus situation.

"I wish I could skip the star rating..."
Honestly, if I had the choice to skip giving a star, I would totally do it. Buying the insurance was a total waste of time since you gotta go through a ton of hassle just to get anything from them.
